スク用制輪子の一対のテコの中間部を台車枠に固設され
たテコ受tす台に回動し得るように取付け、他方のディ
スク用制輪子の一対のテコの中間部を、テコ受は台の車
軸方向に形成された長孔に沿って摺動可能に設けるとと
もに、前記各テコの先端をそれぞれスラツクアジャスタ
ー付シリンダの両端に設けられた各アームに枢着し、テ
コ受は台に摺動可能なテコに結合されたアームを、台車
枠に保持されたねじり軸を介して踏面用制輪子を車輪の
踏面に押圧するように構成された、 リンク機構に接続
