該係止部がヒンジアームに係脱される操作レバーを軸着
し、かつ操作レバーには該係止部をヒンジアームに係合
させる付勢バネ手段を設け、ヒンジアームには操作レバ
ーの係止が解かれヒンジアームの第２支軸側をベースブ
ラケット前方側へ回動させる際ヒンジアーム第１支軸側
端部において操作レバーの係止部に当接したヒンジアー
ム第２支軸側の所定角度以上の前方への回動を阻止する
