Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ブツシュロッドにより作動されパワーピストンの前後両
    側室間の圧力差を制御する制御弁機構がパワーピストン
    内に組込まれ、前記圧力差により前記パワーピストンに
    生じた前方向推力を外部に取出す出力部材がその後端部
    をパワーピストン内に摺動可能に嵌入されており、前記
    制御弁機構中の前記ブツシュロッドの前端に連結された
    エアバルブエレメントの前端が摺動可能に嵌合する前記
    パワーピストンの小径孔は、前記出力部材の後端部が嵌
    合する大径孔と互に連通し、この大径孔内には前記出力
    部材の後端部に固定されたゴム材料から成る反動円板が
    倍力作動時に前記パワーピストン、前記エアバルブエレ
    メントおよび前記出力部材によって圧縮されるよう配置
    された真空倍力装置の反力機構において、前記出力部材
    の外周および反動円板の外周を金属製スリーブで取囲み
    か。 つスリーブとピストン大径孔との間に弾性体を介在させ
    たことを特徴とする真空倍力装置の反力機構。
