Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　ＴＩＧ溶接トーチと平行に上下調整ユニット
    を介してワイヤ加熱トーチを設け、このトーチの下端に
    スライド片を同動可能に設け、このス？・　　　イドが
    斜めに取付けられるる穴を設けたことを特徴とするホッ
    トワイヤ式アーク溶接トーチ。
  2. （２）　　上記上下調整ユニットは、そのスライド軸と
    スライドベース間にスライド軸を下方向に加圧する圧縮
    コイルバネと、スライド軸とスライド□　ベースの上下
    位・置を適宜固定するツマミを設けたものであることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のホット
    ワイヤ一式アーク溶接トーチ。
  3. （３）上記上下ｉ整ユニットは、そのスライド軸にその
    スライド方向と同一の溝を設け、スライドベースに螺合
    させた上記ツマミの先端で、スライド溝をガイドするよ
    うにしたものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項まｔこは第２項記載のホットワイヤ式アー
    ク溶接トーチ。
  4. （４）上記上下調整ユニットは、その−スペーサー　　
    の外周下端部に径大部を形設して上記スライド片とワイ
    ヤ加熱トーチ本体との間に介挿するようにしているもの
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    〜第３項のいずれか一つに記載のホットワイヤ式アーク
    溶接トーチ。
  5. （５）上記上下調節ユニットは、その給電チップに　。 おける絶縁スペーサに係合している部分および°　　こ
    れに続く係合部と同径の部分の長さが、絶縁スペーサの
    係合穴の長さより１〜２ＷｒＩ！４長いものであること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項〜第４項のい
    ずれか一つに記載のホットワイヤ式アーク溶接トーチ。
