This type of crossing scaffolding is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and easy to handle, so the main body is made of hollow aluminum extrusion, and cleats are fixed to the surface of the main body at stride-length intervals. In the conventional structure, each cleat was fixed by welding, which required skill and time to fix the cleats.Furthermore, the main body was adversely affected by residual welding strain, resulting in a decrease in strength. .

The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional methods, and the purpose of the present invention is to enable the fixing of cleats to be performed easily and quickly without requiring any skill, to eliminate defects due to welding distortion, and to improve the strength of the cleats. Another object of the present invention is to provide a crossing scaffold with a preferable structure.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the crossing scaffold to which the present invention relates includes a main body 1 made of an aluminum hollow extrusion, cleats 2 fixed on the surface of the main body at intervals of a stride length, and at least one An appropriate number of stanchion sockets 3 provided on one side and stanchions 4 attached to each socket
A rope 7 is stretched through an eye at the top of each stanchion 4, including a stopper 5 fixed to one end of the body and a wheel 6 provided at the other end.

Further, members such as the cleat 2, the socket 3, and the stanchion 4 are also preferably made of aluminum, and in particular, the cleat 2 is a hollow body with integrally formed uneven parts on the top to prevent slipping, as shown in Fig. 4. It is preferable to be constructed from an extruded aluminum material cut to a predetermined size, but as shown in FIG. 6, it is not hollow but has a roughly C-shaped cross section.
