Conventionally, outer fabrics used for electric carpets and the like have been made of nonwoven fabrics such as needle punch felt, French pile, etc., and have relatively smooth surfaces and are hard with no cushioning properties. However, there was a desire for a raised-type surface with good cushioning properties, similar to ordinary carpet. For smooth outer fabrics such as needle punch felt, hot-press bonding is easy using a hot-melt adhesive sheet, but in the case of napped-type fabrics, the nap of the outer fabric may collapse due to temperature and 3° pressure during hot-press bonding. This results in poor quality and a hard feeling similar to the smooth surface of a needle punch. In particular, when a carpet with a tufted outer fabric is used for the first time, the back side is usually SBR,
A polymeric backing agent such as acrylic or polyvinyl alcohol (ETA) is applied to prevent pile stitches from being pulled out, but this backing agent and a polyethylene sheet, which is a polymeric hot melt adhesive, are heat pressed. Although SBR and polyethylene film adhere well, adhesive strength cannot be obtained because the heat-melting properties of the adhesive are poor. For this reason,
Heat press applies high temperature and pressure to increase the adhesive strength and bond the surface material 5 and the base material incorporating the heater. In this case, the tufted pile yarn will collapse.

The heater-embedding base material in the above invention refers to a planar heating element sheet on which a heater is fixed by bonding, thread fixing, laminating, etc., and the heater is a metal wire heater with a temperature heat function'f. : Various heaters such as tubing heaters, metal foil heaters, and grooved-polymer composite sheet heating elements can be used. Further, as the base material, polymer sheets such as polyester, polycarbonate, vinyl polymer, etc., nonwoven fabrics, etc. can be used. For polymer and metal laminated sheets, polyacrylate, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy, etc. are used as aftercoats or laminating foils have high thermal conductivity, so they function as heat equalizing plates. The body may be mixed into a polymer sheet.

An adhesive layer B as a hot melt adhesive is formed on both sides or one side of the base polyethylene film 5. In particular, the polyethylene film 5 is made by inflation processing.
A material with a low MI value of about 1 to 1o is used to form a film, and the film is used as a base for layer 4 or 4' to be processed in the next step. This layer 4 or 4' is made of polyethylene grade gold for resin molding or laminating having an Ml value of 20 to 40.

The heater-embedded base material C is made of a polymer such as polyester, polyurethane, or epoxy that has been treated with an after coat (AC) on both sides of the aluminum foil 7 on the heat insulating material 10 such as felt, in which the heater 9 has been completely incorporated. surface material 6
It is made of a surface-treated material made by laminating polyethylene 8, a hot-melt adhesive, and a hot-melt adhesive. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the nonwoven fabric 11 is laminated on the adhesive layer 4'', a hot melt adhesive is used.

Three layers of the heater-embedded base material C are overlapped and bonded together by heating and pressurizing at the same time. The relationship between temperature and pressure is determined by the surface treatment material of the bail yarn 1 of the outer fabric, the adhesive layer B, and the heater-incorporated base material C.

Note that layers 4 and 4' of adhesive layer B have an MI value of 130'C.
Desirably, the temperature is 20 to 40°C, but in order to roughly increase the adhesive strength, the processing temperature of the resin when forming layers 4 and 4' is usually 200 to 260°C, but in this case, the temperature is 30°C.
Processing at a temperature of 0 to 320'C enhances the orientation between molecules and promotes double bonding, thereby increasing adhesive strength.
