Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply hot water in a stabilized condition thorugh-out the year by a method wherein a haet collecting circuit is formed by a heat collector, a circulation pump, a water haet accumulation tank and a soil heat accumulation tank and the hot water is supplied in such a manner that heat is first accumulated in the water heat accumulation tank and then in the soil heat accumulation tank and when the hot water is needed, it is supplied through the soil heat accumulation tank 7. CONSTITUTION:The heat collecting circuit is formed by a heat collector 1, circulation pump 3, water heat accumulation tank 2 and a soil heat accumulation tank 7. To produce hot water, water is first heated in the water heat accumulation tank 2 and then in the soil heat accumulation tank 7. Thus, when the hot water is needed, it is supplied from the soil heat accumulation tank 7. Further, the hot water from the water heat accumulation tank 2 is heated by the heat accumulated in the soil heat accumulation tank 7 through a radiating heat exchanger 10 arranged in the tank 7 and is then heated further to a predetermined temperature by an auxiliary heat source machine 6 so that the hot water is supplied in a stabilized condition even in winter, cloudy weather or rainy weather in which the amount of heat collected by the heat collecting circuit is small and the auxiliary heat souce machine 6 can be miniaturized.

A conventional hot water supply method using solar heat will be explained with reference to FIG. 1
2 is a heat collector, 2 is a water heat storage tank, 3 is a circulation pump, 4 is a water supply pipe, 5 is a hot water outlet pipe, and 6 is an auxiliary heat source device. In such a configuration, the heat collection area of the heat collector 1, the capacity of the water heat storage tank 2, etc. are as follows:
So that the price is low and the amount of heat collected is large throughout the year,
It was decided based on the hot water supply load during the interim period. Therefore, in the summer when the amount of solar radiation is high, the heat storage capacity of the water heat storage tank 2 is exceeded while there is still sunlight, making it impossible to collect heat, and in the winter when the amount of solar radiation is low, the water from the water supply pipe 4 Due to the low temperature of the water supply, combined with the small amount of heat collected, there was a drawback that a satisfactory increase in water temperature could not be obtained. Furthermore, even in a short period of time, it is not necessary to directly use the water supply on days when heat cannot be collected, such as on cloudy or rainy days, and the auxiliary heat source unit 6 is designed to tolerate the maximum load that corresponds to the temperature of the water supply in winter. It also had the disadvantage of having a large capacity because it needed to be selected.

The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, and aims to provide stable hot water supply throughout the year and to downsize the auxiliary heat source device.

The present invention constitutes a heat collection circuit by a heat collector, a circulation pump, a water heat storage tank, and a soil heat storage tank, stores heat in the water heat storage tank, stores heat in the soil heat storage tank, and discharges hot water through the soil heat storage tank when hot water is dispensed. In particular, the soil heat storage tank is used for auxiliary heating to ensure stable hot water supply even in winter, when the amount of heat collected is low, or even during rainy or sunny weather.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIG. Second
In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals and explanations will be omitted. 7 is a soil heat storage tank, 8, 8' are three-way valves, 9 and 1
Reference numeral 0 denotes a heat storage heat exchanger and a heat radiation heat exchanger provided at the lower and upper parts of the soil heat storage tank 7, and the heat storage heat exchanger 9 is connected to the heat collection circuit via the three-way valve 8. Oh,
The heat exchanger 10 for heat radiation is connected to the tap water pipe 5 via a three-way valve 8'.

In the above configuration, the water heat storage tank 2 is
's heat storage capacity is full. Then, the three-way valve 8 is switched, and the hot water collected by the heat collector 1 is allowed to flow through the heat storage heat exchanger 9, thereby storing heat in the soil heat storage tank 7. Therefore, when the temperature of the hot water discharged from the water heat storage tank 2 is low, such as in the winter when the amount of heat collected is small, or on cloudy or rainy days, the three-way valve 8' is switched, and the hot water discharged from the water heat storage tank 2 is passed through the heat exchanger 10 for heat radiation. After heating with the amount of heat stored in the soil heat storage tank 7, the auxiliary heat source device 6
Heat the water to the specified temperature and tap the hot water. In this case, since the heat transfer coefficient of soil is small, in the soil heat storage tank 7, the heat exchanger 9 for heat storage is provided at the bottom, the heat exchanger 10 for heat radiation is provided at the top, and the distance between the two is appropriately selected. In particular, the heat stored in the soil heat storage tank 7 can be extracted with a delay of several days, weeks, or months if necessary.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a water supply pipe 4 is connected to a heat exchanger 10 for heat radiation to heat the water supply. The soil heat storage tank 7 can be used to preheat low-temperature water supply in winter, etc., and the hot water temperature can be stabilized in winter when the amount of heat collected is small.
