状のスライドプレートと、前記ブラケット側およびスラ
イドプレート側の長大に挿通されて前記ブラケットを車
体に固定するためのボルトとを備え、前記ステアリング
シャフトに過大荷重が作用したとき前記ブラケットとス
ライドプレートとが相対移動し得るように構成した装置
において、前記スライドプレートの中脚部ト前記ブラケ
ット側長穴の内周面に圧接・保合する係止片を形成した
