Conventionally, a ■-shaped iron core was inserted into the center of the coil bobbin, and an O-shaped iron core was fitted into both sides of the coil bobbin.
There is a transformer in which the O-shaped cores on both sides are sandwiched and joined to the center ■-shaped core.

In such a transformer, it is difficult to provide an appropriate gap between the outer circumferential surface of the coil wound around the coil bobbin and the inner circumferential surface of the O-shaped core. It was not easy to secure creepage distance.

Conventionally, attempts were made to secure the above creepage distance and improve insulation by increasing the size of the O-shaped core to widen the gap between the coil and the coil, or by increasing the thickness of the insulating tape wrapped around the outer circumference of the coil. However, doing this would result in an increase in size and an unnecessarily burdensome work on wrapping the insulating tape.
I didn't like it.

The present invention aims to improve these points, and when manufacturing a transformer, it is possible to secure the creepage distance between the coil and the iron core, and the insulation treatment work is extremely easy, and furthermore, it is easy to mold. It is an object of the present invention to provide an insulating spacer which can reduce the cost required for molding the spacer.

A is an insulating spacer according to the present invention, and this insulating spacer A
consists of recesses 2 on both sides whose opposing sides are connected by an arc-shaped connecting part 1 and open to each other, and four parts 2 on both sides.
The flange part 3 on the edge of the opening is integrally injection molded with a slightly flexible synthetic resin, and the center part of the connecting part 1 and the flange parts 3 on both sides are punched out or notched to form the insertion hole 5 and the notch part. 6 respectively.

Then, the coil bobbin 10 is placed on the open surface of the insulating spacer A, and the recesses 2 on both sides are opened and closed in a parallel manner, and the recesses 2 are fitted onto both sides of the coil bobbin 10, respectively.

Further, the above-mentioned upper and lower insulating spacers A are brought together at their connection parts 1, and a square iron core 12 formed by laminating strip-shaped magnetic steel plates is inserted into the center of the coil bobbin 10 therein, and a O-type iron core 1 formed by continuously winding and laminating magnetic steel strips made of thin plates in a mouth shape around the outer periphery.
At this time, the opposing inner surfaces of the O-shaped cores 14 on both sides of the insulating spacer A are brought into contact with the flange portion 3, and the outer surfaces of the O-shaped cores 14 and the outer surfaces of the four parts 2 of the insulating spacer A are flush with each other. Furthermore, U-shaped metal fittings 16 are fitted to the O-shaped iron cores 14 on both sides at the upper and lower ends of the ■-shaped iron core 12, and the U-shaped metal fittings 16 prevent the I-shaped iron core 12 from slipping out. At the same time, the O-shaped cores 14 on both sides and the square-shaped core 12 in the center are firmly joined through the notch 6.

In addition, the recess 2 and flange 3 of the insulating spacer A allow a sufficient minimum creepage distance l between the coil 11 and the O-shaped core 14, and the connection 1 also reduces the creepage distance between the upper and lower coils 11. You can take enough.

In the embodiment, a case is shown in which a pressure-resistant spacer A is fitted to each of the two coil bobbins 10, but this pressure-resistant spacer A is required to have a predetermined creepage distance between the coil 11 and the O-shaped core 14. It may be made to fit into only one coil bobbin 10.

According to the present invention, the necessary creepage distance between the coil and the O-shaped core can be secured by the recess into which the coil bobbin is fitted and the flange at the opening edge of the recess, and the recess into which the coil bobbin is fitted can ensure the required creepage distance between the coil and the O-shaped core. At the same time, since it is sufficient to fit the O-shaped iron core around the outer periphery of the recessed portion, the insulation treatment work can be performed much more easily than when an insulating tape is wound around the outer periphery of the coil.

In addition, since the opposite sides of the recess are connected in an open manner using an arc-shaped connection part, integral injection molding of the insulating spacer can be easily performed, and when the recess is fitted onto the coil bobbin, the connection part can be formed in a straight line. The upper and lower insulating spacers can be brought into close contact with each other without creating a gap between the insulating spacers.

Furthermore, since the insulating spacer is integrally molded to reduce the number of parts, the cost required for molding can be reduced.
