突起を突設して締すハンドルと一体に内障子の召合框に
回動可能に取付けたクレセントと、外障子内に上下方向
に移動可能で上下端に引寄せ金具を取付けたスライドバ
ーに連結したクレセント受とより成ることを特徴とする
