Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負荷に電流を供給する出力トランジスタの出力電圧を検
    出しその検出値に基づいて上記出力トランジスタのベー
    ス電流を制御する安定化制御系を有し、負荷への供給電
    圧の安定化を行なう直流安定化電源回路において、上記
    出力トランジスタの出力側に接続されあらかじめ設定さ
    れた電圧以上の過電圧を検出する制御素子と上記出力ト
    ランジスタのベース側に接続され上記制御素子の出力に
    基づき上記出力トランジスタを過電圧出力時にカットオ
    フさせるスイッチング素子とを有する過電圧保護系を上
    記安定化制御系とは別に設けたことを特徴とする直流安
    定化電源回路。
