シートと、前記被検査ボードの裏面導電部に当接するボ
ード接触ピンを格子状に配列してなるアダプタボード、
及び前記パターン記録シートの特定状態位置を読取るパ
ターン読取部と、前記ボー−ド接触ピンのそれぞれに固
有のスイッチ素子、及び前記パターン読取部の読取信号
を受けて前記スイッチ素子をオン・オフ制御し前記パタ
ーン記録シートの特定状態位置に対応する前記ボード接
触ピンのみを選択するスイッチ制御手段と、前記ボード
接触″ ピンにそれぞれ優先度をもたせて、前記ボー
ド接触ピンを優先席順に所定個数単位をもって重複させ
