つの第２コイルとをそれぞれ周設して、前記マグネット
と各コイルとにより第１発電機と第２発電機とを形成す
ると共に、前記第１発電機に可変抵抗器を接続し、前記
第２発電機に負性抵抗ダイオードを接続したことを特徴
