Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a narrow space effectively by providing hanging rods for sequentially spacing each pair of steps of paired storing rails each other from the above, the space between paired storing rails positioned below a storing conbeyer mount portion being reduced. CONSTITUTION:The uppermost paired storing rails 5 are elevated by an elevating chain 9, and the lower rails 5a-5d are hung by hanging rods 12, and at the time of being hung down, the rails are kept at fixed intervals. At the time of being lowered, the lowermost paired rails 5d are brought into contact with a support table 11 of a cheese stocker, so that the supporting point of the hanging rod 12 is moved to reduce the space between the storing rails sequentially. While the storing rails 5a are thus positioned at the lowermost position, a cheese 6 is supplied from a storing conveyer 3 to the uppermost rails 5a. On completion of storing all cheeses, the elevating chain 9 is wound up, and the interval with the rails 5b is widened to supply the cheese 6. Thus, the storing conveyer can be installed at the lower position, and a lot of spools can be stored in a narrow space.

In the production and processing of spools, a spool storage device (cheese stocker) is used to maintain a balance between production capacity and post-processing or post-process processing capacity. In addition, these devices use a large number of transport vehicles or a means of storing long transport rails A/ in multiple rows, but they only require a large storage floor area or space. Retrieval requires labor, and recently a cheese stocker has been developed that can fully automatically store and take out the spools. The applicant has also made efforts to develop, manufacture, and sell cheese stockers. The Shio-9 is already used as a Tohoku machine in some areas. In particular, the applicant's cheese stocker has been well received for its simple mechanism and easy maintenance. There is now a demand for a cheese stocker that can be used in a variety of ways. That is, an example of a cheese stocker developed and sold by the present applicant is constructed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, with FIG. Cutting line II-I in the figure [sectional view in the direction of the arrow, FIG. 8 is the plane Ia1]

In the cheese stocker configured in this way, the supply conveyor 2
The cheeses 6, which are placed at regular intervals or at arbitrary intervals, are moved in the direction of arrow B (Fig. 2), and the cheeses 6 are turned 90 degrees by an appropriate transfer device and transferred to the storage conveyor 8. Each time the cheese 6 is transferred and placed, the storage conveyor 8 moves by a fixed pitch as shown by the arrow E (FIG. 2), and the cheese 6 is placed over the entire length of the conveyor 8. This stop causes the storage rails 5 to rise one pitch at a time.In other words, in FIG.
The storage rail pair 61 on the second stage stops corresponding to the storage conveyor 8, indicating that cheese is being stored and supplied, and as the l pitch rises, the storage rail pair 5b moves to the 61 position. It is distance. While rising in this way, the cheese is stored on the storage rail pairs 5 to 5d of each stage row, and when taking out the cheese, the lowest rail pair 5d descends to the corresponding position on the storage conveyor 8 and stops, keeping the cheese moored. 6 pieces of cheese are placed on a storage conveyor 8, and as the conveyor is driven, 6 m of individual cheeses are taken out and transferred onto the conveyor. In addition, even during this transfer, there is a guide member that rotates 90 degrees or a suitable direction. A transfer device such as a conversion device is provided. The take-out conveyor 4 is provided with a thread size checker 4a, and the defective cheese 6C is transferred to the extrusion device 4 for weighing.
It is recommended that only the specified cheese 6d be removed by b.

As partially enlarged in FIG. 5 and FIG. 5, each pair of storage rails 5 is fixed to the hanging rod 7 at regular intervals, that is, in FIG. The 8h column indicates that the rails are being stored in the topmost rail pair, and the 8e column indicates that they are being accommodated in the second tier, and at least four storage rail pairs 5 are stored on the stocker installation floor lb. It is necessary to maintain space and provide the storage conveyor 8.

Therefore, the upper side of the installation position of the storage conveyor 8 can be used as a cheese storage space, but the lower side only serves as a retreat space for the storage rail pair 5 and cannot be used as a cheese storage space at all. It is conceivable to raise and lower the conveyors 8 individually, but the supply conveyor 2 and the take-out conveyor 4 also need to be raised and lowered individually, which makes these mechanisms extremely complicated and difficult to improve in terms of maintenance and cost. be.

The present invention was arrived at as a result of intensive studies to eliminate such drawbacks, and in the cheese stocker as described above,
The pair of storage rails that hold the cheese are lifted up while maintaining a fixed interval, but the pair of storage rails that are being evacuated and are located below the storage conveyor are constructed so that the distance between them is reduced, and the installation position of the storage conveyor is adjusted. The structure is such that it can be made low, and the cheese stocker can be installed in a relatively narrow space or that special space can be used effectively. However, in the present invention, each membrane pair of a storage rail pair is suspended via a hanging rod configured to maintain and regulate the distance from each other in sequence from the upper stage, and The structure is such that the distance between the pairs of storage rails located in the storage rails can be reduced.

In addition, with such a folding suspension rod, it is necessary to control the direction of folding when the hanging load is removed.
These means may be achieved by holding the hanging rods 22 and 28 at a certain angle in a dogleg shape in a suspended state, or by providing a biasing means on one of the pivot points. Figure 11 shows a hanging rod 28 by lengthening the support shaft 281 provided on the lower side.
This figure shows a structure in which a spring 24 is provided on the protruding portion to pivot and bias the hanging rod 28 in either the left or right direction. That is, one end of the spring 24 is inserted into a hole formed on the protruding portion of the support shaft 281, and the other end is inserted into an engagement hole shaped as a part of the hanging rod 28, as shown in FIG. - In the second stage, the hanging rod 28 is biased counterclockwise.

With this configuration, when suspending the storage rail, the load overcomes the biasing force of the spring 24 and holds the hanging rods 22° 28 vertically, and the storage rail descends to release the jammed load. The suspension rod 28 is rotated counterclockwise by the biasing force of the barb 24, and the suspension rod 22 is also rotated in the direction of the hour hand accordingly, and the storage trays A15b, 5 of the 8th to 4th stages of the 1θ diagram are
The distance between them can be reduced by folding them as shown in c. It is recommended that the folding directions are different from each other.
