PURPOSE:To make fine tuning easy, by providing a detection mechanism which detects if the rotating speed of a tuning operation shaft is a specified rotating speed or less, and delivering the rotation of the tuning operation shaft to a driver (driving the tuning mechanism) through the reduction of the rotation, if less.
