Further, when a jack 18 is extended or shrinked, the roller 29 turns on the surface 30, the slider 24 slides on a sliding surface 25, the frame 3 turns around the spherical bearing 27, and the antenna 1 and the frame 3 turn around an AZ rotating shaft center 33.
