CONSTITUTION:Compounds of >=1 kind of thiuram, thiourea and thiazole types are added at 0.001-5.00wt% to a chemical cleaning soln. which is mixed solns. of a sulfamic acid and ammonium hydrogen fluoride (NH4HF2). For example, 45pts. ethyl alcohol and 5pts. an activator are added to 50pts. 5-chloro-2-mercaptobenzothiazole and these are solubilized. This is added to the above-mentioned chemical cleaning soln.
