Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable easy and sure automatic putting-out of a specified number of materials to be carried to a specified position of an outlet side table by detecting the materials that enter on a cooling floor and controlling the position of an outlet side carrying device.
CONSTITUTION: Materials to be carried that enter on a cooling floor 1 successively are detected by a material detector 9 provided near a place where putting- out is possible. The width and interval of the material are detected by the detecting section 11. Control positions l1, l2 of outlet side transfer 2 is calculated and set by distance calculating sections 13, 14 basing upon the detected quantity and number of putting-out set to a setting device 18 at every putting-out of the material. Basing upon this set control position, the outlet side transfer 2 is positioned to ascending or descending position by a lifting device 2. By this way, over-turning of material lifted from the cooling floor 1 and catching of next material can be prevented and the material can be placed correctly on the specified position on the outlet table.
