Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the Q of a dielectric substance and to make the oscillating frequency stable, by connecting a negative resistive element to the dielectric substance resonator located in a feedback path. CONSTITUTION:A feedback type oscillating circuit is constituted by connecting the 1st and 2nd electromagnetic field coupling terminals of a dielectric substance resonator 1 to the input and output terminals of an amplifier 2. A negative resistive element 8 is connected to the 3rd electromagnetic field coupling terminal of the dielectric substance resonator 1. Since the resistance loss of the resonator 1 is cancelled by the element 8, the Q value of the resonator 1 can be increased, resulting that the oscillation is made stable.
