Abstract

PURPOSE:To independently pull out a fluororesin layer, by conjunctly extruding a multi-layered film comprising fluororesin and a thermoplastic resin layer infusible to the fluororesin with use of a two or more-layered metal mold, and stripping the multi-layered film into each layer after cooled and solidified. CONSTITUTION:Fluororesin and polyolefin resin are introduced into a sandwiched three-layered T-shaped metal mold 1 attached to the top end of an extruder. The fluororesin flowing through a manifold 3 and the polyolefin resin flowing through manifolds 2, 4 join together at the top end of the metal mold. These resins are conjunctly extruded into a three-layered filmy state. The three- layered film is cooled by a chilling roll 8, carried through turn rolls 9, 10, 11 and a couple of pinch rolls 12, and immediately stripped into each layer. The intermediate fluororesin film 6 is coiled by a coiler 15, while the outside polyolefin films 5, 7 are coiled by other coilers through pinch rolls 13, 14.
