CONSTITUTION:In a fitting base body 31, an (x)-directional support 32 and a (y)-directional base 33 are slid finely in a direction (x) and a direction (y) respectively to adjust the position of a laser light source part assembly 41, i.e., a laser light radiation point on the (y)-directional base 33 in a plane in directions x-x and y-y; and the (x)-directional base 32 and (y)-directional base 33 are rotated finely around an axis x-x and an axis y-y respectively to adjust the (z)-directional angle of the radiation of laser beam over 360 deg. angle range in a plane.
