Abstract
PURPOSE:To make operation simple and sure by such constitution wherein the relative moving speeds of a mirror body and a sample are changed in accordance with the magnifications of an optical system. CONSTITUTION:The magnification of an optical system 5 at the time of microscopic observation is detected with a magnification detecting mechanism 8, and a motor speed control signal 9 is inputted to a motor speed control circuit 10. The X-axis motor applied voltage 14 and Y-axis motor applied voltage 15 outputted from the circuit 10 are set at the voltage corresponding to the magnification of the microscopic optical system 5. When a control signal 11 is inputted by switch operation, the applied voltages 14, 15 are applied to X-axis and Y-axis motor driving circuits 12, 13, by which X-axis and Y-axis motors 16, 17 are revolved, and a mirror 5 is moved in an X- or Y direction. Thereby, the operation is made simple and sure.
