Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a multinozzle head making the printer higher in quality of printing by spreading an adhesive thinly over a flat plate to form an adhesive film which is transferred to a base plate to bond an upper lid. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 10 low in the viscosity is applied over a flat plate 5 and spread evenly with a rubber roller 6. After the adhesive is reduced to about 4-5mum in thickness, the surface to be bonded of a base plate with a nozzle channel is put tightly on the flat plate 5 under a certain pressure so that the thin film of the adhesive 10 is transferred onto the surface of the base plate 1. Then, the base plate 1 thus obtained is positioned on an upper lid 3 and then, bonded and solidified. There is no excessive adhesion of the adhesive 10 thereby eliminating the deformed sectional shape with the infiltration of the adhesive into the nozzle channel 2.
