CONSTITUTION:When the speed of the variance of the signal level envelope is higher than that of the noise level envelope, an integrating circuit 3 of a low response speed and an integrating circuit 4 of a high response speed are connected to the output of a band pass filter 1, and the difference between them is operated by a circuit 5 which operates the differential output between two integrating circuits 3 and 4, and the noise level variation included in the output of the band pass filter 1 is eliminated, and only the signal level variation appears. Consequently, the signal detection of a high S/N is possible.
