Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the measuring accuracy of the air by providing a groove or a projection in a throttle valve shaft while providing a corresponding stop plate thereby regulating the thrust amount.
CONSTITUTION: A groove 8a is made at the end of a throttle valve shaft 8 then a thrust plate 12 is placed in said groove 8a. Here slight gaps g1, g2 are provided in the thrust plate 12 to prevent the cathcing when opening/closing said valve 8. With such structure the axial moving direction of the throttle valve is regulated to butt the shaft section of the throttle valve against the supply cylinder of the body, then it is repeated to prevent the abrasion and the deformation. Consequently the measuring accuracy of the air amount is improved.
