Abstract

PURPOSE:To discriminate continuous and intermittent abnormal output surely by calculating the average value of input data and number of pulses that has fixed relation with the reference value out of input data, and making inspection for abnormality of the instrument. CONSTITUTION:A sound oscillation detector 1 is connected with filters 3-7 and an amplifier 8 through an amplifier 2. Filters 3-7 are connected with effective value detecting circuits 14-19, and the output is connected to a multiplexer 20 separately. The output of the multiplexer 20 is connected to an arithmetic control section 22 through an A-D converter 21 and the result is indicated in a display section 23. The arithmetic control section 22 calculates the average value in a fixed period from every detected value of each frequency zone, and calculates the number of pulses of oscillation that has fixed relation with the second reference value out of the first arithmetic process that makes comparison with the first reference value and detected value. Then, one arithmetic process is selected and applied out of the three arithmetic processes, that is, the second arithmetic process that makes comparison with the third reference value, and the third arithmetic which is combination of the first and second arithmetic processes.
