Abstract

PURPOSE:To cope with the increment of operation appliances easily, by providing a means, which scans an input signal in a high speed to store the state change in a memory, and a means which checks contents of the memory to count the change frequency at each input point. CONSTITUTION:A high-speed input scanner 22 of a high-speed state detecting device 29 scans the turning-on and off state of an operation appliance in a high speed and transmits the result to a state change detector 23. The detector 23 detects the change between the preceding state and the current taken-in state and stores change information in a change information storage part 25 of an operation quantity operating device 30 through a change information transmitter 24. In the device 30, data is read periodically from the storage part 25 independently of the device 29, and increment or decrement of a corresponding operation quantity is obtained on a basis of the change frequency and the change time for every input by a change frequency accumulator 26 and is added to or subtracted from the operation quantity of a corresponding operation item stored in an operation quantity storage part 27. The updated operation quantity is displayed through an output circuit 28 onto a display line as an output signal 32.
