PURPOSE: To enable a waterwheel to be stopped certainly even if the oil pressure in a main pressurized oil tank drops by connecting an auxiliary tank to a main conduit through the auxiliary tank selector valve which is controlled by an oil pressure decrease detection selector valve.
CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary tank 3 is connected to a main conduit 1a through an auxiliary tank selector valve 13, and the pilot part of the auxiliary tank selector valve 13 is connected to a main pressurized oil tank 1 through an oil pressure drop detection selector valve 11. Therefore, when the oil pressure in the main pressurized oil tank 1 drops because of any trouble in a hydraulic pump etc., the selector valve 11 operates, and the pressurized oil in a conduit 11b is discharged into an oil collecting tank 10. At the same time, the pressurized oil is fed into a main distributing valve 5, and discharged into the oil collecting tank 10 through a port b, lower chamber 5b etc. Thus, a servo motor 8 is operated to off, and a waterwheel is stopped.
