Abstract

Thereafter, the glass sbstrates 1, 2 are superposed and fixed. In the above- mentioned process, the position matching marks are encircled by the seals, by which the flow of liquid crystals to the position matching marks and their vicinity at the injection of liquid crystals is obviated.
