Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify and lighten a back structure by attaching a headrest of a back seat and the like to a vehicular body through an improved supporter without a necessity of the back to be strengthen.
CONSTITUTION: A seat back A of a vehicular rear seat is made of a lower frame member constructed of lower frame wires a1, a2, frame like rods a'1, foamed material a2 of urethane or the like umounted on the lower frame member, and a surface member a3 covering the foamed material a2. The seat back A is attached to a vehicle body B by engaging an integrally formed attachment piece 10 with a supporter 20 of the body B. The supporter 20 is made integrally in a shape of box by welding an upper projection 21 and a lower projection 22. Through holes 21a, 22a and 10a are respectively formed on both upper projecttions 21, 22 and the attachment tpiece 10 so as to coincide with each other when the seat back A is installed. Through the through holes 21a, 22a, 10a, a stay guide cylinder C2 is inserted and fixed. In order to attach a headrest C, a stay C1 of the headrest is inserted through th stay guide cylinder C2.
