When the counter 52 counts down and reaches the distance X2 of non-mask area and when the content of the counter 52 is zero, the counter 51, 52 are again preset and applied to the next line. In the Y direction, first, a counter 55 counts down, then the content is reduced to zero, the count-down of a counter 56 is started, and the content of the counter 56 is reduced to zero, then counters 55, and 56 are again and preset. Thus, no old picture information is added.
