Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase coupling strength by a method wherein glass fiber reinforced plastic, carbon fiber reinforced plastic and reinforced plastic by mixed woven cloth of glass and carbon are provided to the normal temperature side, to the cryogenic temperature side and to the middle part between previous two sides of a superconductor device respectively composing a thermal insulating supporter. CONSTITUTION:A center shaft 9 and a frange 5 of a thermal insulating supporter 11 are connected to an inner chamber 1 and an outer chamber 3 respectively. A carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRF) cylinder 8, a glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) cylinder 6 and a plastic cylinder 7 reinforced by mixed woven cloth of glass and carbon are provided to the normal temperature side, to the cryogenic temperature side and to the middle part between previous two sides respectively. With above configuration coupling strength can be improved close to that of GFRP keeping a thermal conductivity of CFRP.
