CONSTITUTION:A metallic film 2 is vapor-deposited on a glass substrate 1 which is thinner than usual, a holding frame 8 for covering the bottom surface is formed by fitting it to the outside circumferential margin and the outside circumferential margin of the substrate 1, and on its bottom surface, a tracking groove 9 is formed.
