Abstract

On the other hand, since the flow amount-setting signals Q1, Q2 are also fed to flow amount controllers 9, 11, output signals corresponding to the deviations of slow amount detected signals by electromagnetic flow meters 8, 10 from the flow amount-setting signals are fed to flow amount-control valves 6, 7.
