Abstract

PURPOSE:To determine the scattering state at high elevations by picking up the image of flying condition of flying object from two points apart from their shooting point with television cameras, recording these magnetically, reproducing these still, resolving the deviations from the optical axes in X-, y-coordinate axis directions and determining the same. CONSTITUTION:A shooting cylinder 1 is installed at the point O with its axial center 2 at an elevation C0, and observing devices 4L, 4R are provided on both sides thereof. Both devices are of the same constitution, and have telescopes 10, and television cameras 14 and their elevations CL, CR and azimuths BL, BR are remote controlled by an angle signal generator 18 via a control circuit 20. The outputs of the cameras 14 are recorded together with the elevations, azimuths, etc. at that time via the circuit 20. The relative positions at the three points L, O, R are also recorded. The records are still reproduced from a tape to a coordinate read means 32, and the deviations of the image of the respective flying objects in X-, Y-coordinate directions with respect to the image of optical axes 11 are determined by adjusting means 35x, 35y.
