Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a product having high quality, by employing a core having the relief section at the rear side of a laser welding point to perform the welding thereby eliminating the fusion and the deformation of the core. CONSTITUTION:A relief section 4a having small diameter is provided at the rear side of the welding point of a core metal 4 welded by means of a laser beam 5. The sleeve 1, disc 2, and a cap 3 are positioned by said core metal 4, and welded by means of a laser beam 5, then the heat is dispersed through the relief section 4a while since the laser heat isn't transmitted directly to the core metal 4, the fusion and the deformation of the core metal 4 is prevented thereby the adhesion of the core metal 4 to the sleeve 1 is prevented.
