Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the man-hour of manufacture by a method wherein a parison or a heatig sheet material is made into, a double structure, while a circumferential wall thereof has a hollow section by blow-molding in one stroke, and the structure is employed as the box body and the heat collector in combination.
CONSTITUTION: The parison or the heating sheet material is arranged oppositely, and the double structure, the circumferential wall thereof has the hollow section 6, is blow-molded inone stroke. A section near a central section of the circumferential wall is formed in an integrally welded section 4 of inner and outer walls 1, 2, and the hollow section 6 is shaped to an upper projecting wall 4' and a lower projecting wall 5' and filled with polyurethane 11. A plurality of hollow ranging tanks 9 of the inner wall concave section 1 are communicated by connecting passages 8. A large concave section 10 is further formed at the lower side 3, and also filled with polyurethane 11 while a transparent canopy 14 is fixed to an upper shoulder section 15.
