CONSTITUTION:A double seal construction is formed by integrally combining No.1 and No.2 case members 2, 3 with one single base member 1. An electrode terminal 13 is inserted and formed inside the base member 1 and the electrode terminal 13 is provided with an intermediate tap 14. A shield plate 16 is connected to No.1 case member 2. A permanent magnet 17 is integrally installed to the shield plate 16, and a reed switch 15 for a display circuit is on-off controlled by the permanent magnet 17, and when the shield plate 16 is opened for reading out, the reed switch 15 is turned on to cause a liquid crystal 7 to light. A reed switch 20 is turned on when a permanent magnet 19 is pushed and the liquid crystal display is changed over from integration display to instantaneous flow-rate display.
