Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce desired flat metallic powder of smooth surfaces directly from metallic powder and grains by supplying the metallic powder and grains to rolling rolls in such a way that they do not overlap with each other, and rolling these.
CONSTITUTION: Atomized powder 3a stored in a hopper 2 is supplied through a vibration supplying machine 4 to a roll 1a. According to this method, the flat metallic powder which has smooth surfaces, has beautiful metallic gloss and is coarser than 60 meshes is obtained in good yields.
