Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce fluctuating force exerted to turbine blades, by providing a blade lattice having a constant passage width downstream of fluid accelerating nozzles, and by-selecting the length of passages between the blades more than twice as long as the pitch of the nozzles.
CONSTITUTION: In case where the length S of passages between turbine blades 1 is coincided with two times as long as the pitch Pn of nozzles, negative pressure portions B are always generated in more than two in one passage between the blades 1, thereby to always cancel out fluctuating force so that tortional moment is also cancelled out.
