Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out leaching, oxidation treatment or the like of a stock metal homogenously and uniformly as well as to enable to continuously operate an apparatus by a method wherein a recirculation passage of a treating liquid is provided along a tank and gas bubbles are mixed into the treating liquid during recirculation in a fine form. CONSTITUTION:A treating liquid L is filled in a tank 1 in a molten form and a stock metal material M is thrown thereinto. An upper layer of the treating liquid L sucked into a recirculation passage 2B is entered into a recirculation passage 2B through a ventri tube 4. In this time, open air is sucked from a gap in an upper end opening of an air introducing pipe 9 and mixed into a liquid stream as air bubbles and, further, uniformly dispersed by action of a barrier plate 10. The liquid stream containing air bubbles dispersed therein is recycled to the tank 1 through an inflow port 1a. Thereby, a leaching degree of the stock metal to the treating liquid L in the tank 1 is homogenously maintained and, because air bubbles in the treating liquid L is uniformly contacted with the metal material M, oxidation treatment or the like of the metal material M is effectively carried out.
