Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove stuck ice/snow efficiently without deteriorating electric performance, by implanting metallic wires on surface skin externally, using dielectric substance only for inner skin and taking the thickness of core layer as multiple of odd number of 1/4 wavelength of electromagnetic waves in the core layer. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric substance 2 of the core layer is coated with external and internal surface skins 1, 3, and a metallic wire 1a is implanted in the skin 1. The difference between the susceptance of the dielectric substance of the skin implanting the metallic wire and of the metallic wire is selected so that it is almost equal to the susceptance of the dielectric substance of the skin not having the metallic wire and so that the thickness of the core layer is equal to a multiple of odd number of 1/4 wavelength of the electromagnetic waves in the core. Thus, the removal of stuck ice/snow can be made efficiently without deteriorating the electric performance.
