PURPOSE:To accrately measure urea concentration by acting urease-enzyme to the urea-contg. solution to be measured and allowing the resulting NH3 to contact and react with the solution contg. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amount of the solution to be measured is introduced from an inlet opening 1a of a sampling valve 1, and reacted with urease-enzyme 2 to produce NH3.
