Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the possibility of inclusion of external noises extremely less by performing signal detection in the shielding ring on a cable head nearest to the cable to be tested and transmitting the signal up to an analyzing device. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, 11 is the leading end of a bushing mounted to a cable head, and a conductor pull-out bar 12 is projecting from the upper part thereof. A shielding ring 13 is connected to the top part of the bar 12 and a high voltage power source wire 14 is connected via the bar 12 to the ring 13. An impedance circuit 16 is inserted between the ring 13 and the bar 12 by a separator 15. An amplifier 18 and a converter 19 are connected across the circuit 16 via a voltage deviding capacitor 17. The converter 19 converts the electric signal to a light signal and transmits the same to an optical fiber 20. Thereby, the possibility of inclusion of external noises in the detection signal is made extremely less and safty is enhanced.
