Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the production of skid marks by providing a heating zone provided with plural coal diffusion pipes in a fluidized bed combustion heating furnace, and heating materials to be heated uniformly. CONSTITUTION:Coal particles are ejected from coal diffusion pipes 1 and are burned to form a fluidized layer 12 in heating zone 2. Materials 8 to be heated are carried into a heating zone 2 by the operation of skid pipes 9. The coal particles act both as heating elements and fluidizing particles, thereby heating the materials 8 uniformly. The areas near the skid pipes 9 are also uniformly heated, whereby the production of skid marks is reduced. Since the zone 2 is segmented by partition walls 10, 12, and an opening 14 is controlled by a turnable moving partition plate 16 so as to open just as much as the minimum size required for the passage of the passing materials, the effective heating is accomplished. The scale and ashes 18 of coal produced by the heating fall along the inclined conveging parts 19 formed in each of control zones 17, and are removed to the outside of the furnace periodically by sluice valves 20.
