CONSTITUTION: The gas turbine 22 having dirty resistance is set at the outlet part of the gasification furnace 3, electricity is generated by using the heat and pressure potential of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas gasified from coal, the amount of electricity generation is regulated, the temperature of the output power of an exhaust gas, etc. is adjusted in such a way that the temperature, etc. is made in the treatment conditions of the dust collector 6, etc., and the exhaust gas is purified. The purified gas is introduced to a compound generating part consisting of the gas turbine part 9 and the steam turbine part 16, and electricity is generated.
