Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently control the speed of a motor by providing a braking resistor capable of being inserted or disconnected between generating means of an engine and a winch driving motor and inserting the brake resistor between the load side and the necessary operation zone for absorbing the energy. CONSTITUTION:The output of a DC motor 2 connected mechanically to a Diesel engine 1 is applied to a DC motor 3, and the rotating speed is controlled by the applied voltage in a Ward-Reonard system circuit configuration, in which the power level set at relatively low value and the actual speed level are detected, in case of the operation zone for absorbing the energy, to close a solenoid contactor 10 to operated a dynamic brake resistor 11. Thus, the output of a comparator CP5 is inputted to a memory ME2, and is stored for the period of time after a speed instruction unit 9 is switched to low notch, and the output of the memory ME2 is applied in the meantime through a logic product circuit AN3 and a logic sum circuit OR to the output relay CTT, thereby operating the relay CTT.
