Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily perform the construction work of in-situ prestressed concrete pile having high strength by a method in which an iron bar cage is inserted into a pile pit, a solidifying agent is placed into the lower part of the pit to fix the lower part of the iron bar cage, a tensile force is given to the main iron bars, and then concrete is placed.
CONSTITUTION: In the first place, pile pits 2 with given diameter and length are excavated in given places under the ground 1, and an iron bar cage 5 formed by connecting upper and lower iron bar cages 5a and 5b by a coupler 8 is inserted into the pit 2. In this case, each of the iron bar cages 5a and 5b is formed of the main iron bars 3 cylindrically arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction and ringed connection iron bars 4 connecting the main iron bars 3. A solidifying agent 6 is placed into the lower part of the pit 2 to fix the lower part of the iron bar cage 5, a tension device 12 is connected to the upper end of the main iron bars 3, and the main iron bars 3 are pulled up.
