Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled resin that includes benzene rings and metal-oxygen bonds, thus showing high refractive index, little chromatic abberation and high processability.
CONSTITUTION: A high polymerizable monomer containing a metal atom, benzen rings and double bonds in the molecule such as a compound of the formula (Me is Ti, La; m is metal valency; n is 2, 3; R is hydrocarbon) or a mixture thereof with another copolymer ingredients are poured into a lens mold and heated to form the objective resin.
USE: Lens for glass, camera and microscope.
