CONSTITUTION:An audio communication signal S1 from an operating device to a transmission reception section TDD-S is coded at a coding and decoding device CODEC1 to be a PCM code in 8-bit constitution and applied to one input terminal of an AND gate AGI1. Further, to another input terminal of the AND gate AGI1, the signal ''0'' is applied to the bit location of the least significant digit of the said 8-bit and it is transmitted on a control information communicating line L via and OR gate OG1 as a 7-bit PCM signal. On the other hand, a control information signal D1 is inserted to the bit location of the said least significant digit and similarly transmitted on a control information communicating line L. Further, these signals are separately used at a transmission and reception section TD-S of a test device.
